There is many ways to convert your documents to pdf file, you can use many software that you can download from internet, but most of its just trial version or shareware, and ask you to buy that software to get the full version.
But there is one weakness in using that converter is you have to open the software and then browse the documents you want to convert, so the software is stand alone, But I have a plug-in software and after you install this plug-in to your computer, your microsoft office will automaticaly inserted save-as pdf in the file menu. and now you can save all of your document easily by click save-as > pdf, the menu also inserted on excel and powerpoint, and of course you dont need any word to pdf converter anymore.
